• Analyze mood patterns and trends
• Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Integrate with Apple Health for comprehensive wellness tracking
• Access premium features with subscription

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moodly. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription Terms

Moodly offers both free and premium features:

• Free Version: Basic mood tracking with limited features
• Premium Subscription: Advanced features including unlimited entries, AI insights, and health integration
• Billing: Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Free Trial: 3-day free trial for monthly subscriptions

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. We cannot directly process refunds as all payments go through Apple's payment system. You may request a refund through:

• Apple's Report a Problem website
• iTunes Store customer support
• The App Store app on your device

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when creating entries
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Keep your device and account secure
• Not share your account with others

7. Privacy & Data

• Your mood data is stored primarily on your device
• iCloud sync is optional and encrypted
• We do not sell or share your personal data
• You can export or delete your data at any time

Moodly and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Always seek advice from qualified healthcare providers
• Do not disregard medical advice because of something you read in the App
• In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately
• The App's insights are for informational purposes only

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the App.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep Moodly available, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the App
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• Permanent availability of features

12. Updates & Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Moodly if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination:

• Local data remains on your device
• You may export your data before uninstalling
