Moodly collects minimal information necessary to provide our mood tracking service:
- Mood Data: Your mood entries, notes, and activities are stored locally on your device
and optionally in iCloud for sync across your devices
- Health Data: With your permission, we access Apple Health data to provide correlations
between physical health and mood
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app (can be disabled in
settings)
- Account Information: Email address only if you contact support or subscribe to premium

Your data is used exclusively to:
- Track and display your mood patterns
- Provide AI-powered insights and predictions
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud
- Generate personalized recommendations

Local First: All your mood data is primarily stored on your device. We use

You have complete control over your data:
- Export: Export all your data at any time from Settings
- Delete: Delete all data from Settings → Reset All Data
- Opt-out: Disable analytics in Settings
- Access: View all stored data within the app
6. AI & Machine Learning
Our AI features process data locally on your device:
- Mood predictions are generated on-device
- Pattern recognition happens locally
- No mood data is sent to external AI services
- AI insights are personalized without leaving your device
7. Children's Privacy
Moodly is designed for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If
you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users
Moodly is available worldwide. Your data remains on your device or in your iCloud account based on your Apple

Updated" date and through in-app notifications for significant changes.
