4. User Responsibilities

Proper Use

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Keep your account information secure
• Use buddy system features respectfully and appropriately

Prohibited Uses

• Using the App to promote extreme or dangerous fasting practices
• Sharing inappropriate content through buddy system messages
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Using the App for any illegal purposes
• Distributing malware or harmful content

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Free vs. Premium

The App offers both free and premium features:

Free Features:

• Basic 16:8 and 18:6 fasting plans
• Simple timer functionality
• Basic progress tracking
• Limited achievements

Premium Features:

• All fasting plans (including extended fasts)
• Advanced body visualization
• Complete buddy system access
• Full analytics dashboard
• Weight tracking with charts
• All achievements and milestones
• Widget support
• Data export functionality

Subscription Terms

• Pricing: $4.99/month or $29.99/year
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store settings
• Refunds: Managed through Apple's App Store refund policy
• Price Changes: We will notify users of any price changes

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and policies.

10. Termination

• Delete the App to remove all local data
