- Processing all data locally on the user's device
3. User Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our App
- Users under 18 must have parental consent
- Users under 13 may only use the App under direct parental supervision
3.2 Device Requirements
- Compatible iOS device (iPhone/iPad)
- Sufficient storage space for app installation
- Internet connection for app download and subscription verification
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Photo Backup
Important Warning: Before using our App to delete photos, we strongly recommend backing up your photo library. While our App includes a trash system for safety, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining backups of your important photos.
4.2 Proper Use
You agree to use our App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with:
- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions
- These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
4.3 Prohibited Activities

5. Subscription and Payments

- Annual Pro subscription
- Lifetime Pro purchase
5.2 Billing and Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
5.3 Free Trial
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period
- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- Only one free trial per Apple ID account
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store support, as all transactions are processed by Apple. We do not have access to process refunds directly.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
