By downloading, installing, or using the Restorizai mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Restorizai is an AI-powered photo restoration and enhancement application that allows users to:

  • Restore damaged, torn, and faded photographs
  • Add colors to black and white photos
  • Enhance image quality and resolution
  • Save and share transformed images

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You may use the App anonymously or create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Upload images of minors without parental consent
  • Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content

Content Guidelines:

  • Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Do not upload images of others without consent
  • Use the service responsibly and ethically

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Token Purchases

  • Tokens are non-refundable once used
  • Token prices may change with notice
  • Unused tokens expire after 12 months

Premium Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through App Store settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Premium features are available during active subscription

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed by Apple/RevenueCat
  • We do not store your payment information
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your original photos
  • You grant us license to process your images for service provision
  • You own the transformed results created with your photos

Our Rights

  • The App and its technology are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Our trademarks and branding are protected

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key Privacy Commitments:

  • We never sell your personal data
  • Images are processed securely and encrypted
  • Automatic deletion prevents indefinite storage
  • You control your data - delete anytime

8. Service Availability and Limitations

Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • Processing times may vary based on server load

Usage Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 10MB per image
  • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC
  • Processing time: 15-30 seconds per image
  • Daily usage limits may apply

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for any damages from use
  • AI processing may not be 100% accurate

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations

10. Termination

You may terminate your account by:

  • Deleting the App from your device
  • Contacting us to delete your account
  • Cancelling your subscription

We may terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • We discontinue the service

11. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration
  • You waive any right to class action lawsuits
  • Small claims court actions are permitted

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
