3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations

• Emergency Situations: In medical emergencies, contact healthcare providers or emergency services immediately
• Individual Variations: Every pregnancy and labor is unique; App features may not apply to your situation
• Accuracy Limitations: While we strive for accuracy, timing and predictions may not be perfectly precise
• Professional Consultation Required: Always consult healthcare providers for medical decisions

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• The App is intended for pregnant individuals and their birth partners

User Responsibilities:

• Use the App responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of your data

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans:

• Weekly: $4.99/week with 3-day free trial
• Monthly: $12.99/month with 7-day free trial
• Yearly: $49.99/year with 7-day free trial

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is charged through your Apple ID account
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• Premium features are available during active subscription only

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or transmit personal health information
• No user accounts or registration required
• Data sharing is entirely under your control

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App

• Continued use constitutes acceptance
