The CalAI mobile application ("App") is developed and operated by Kritik Ajans. These terms constitute the legal agreement between you and us.

• Users under 18 must obtain parental consent
• Terms of use may be updated from time to time
• Current terms are announced within the app
• If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the app

2. Account and Registration

To use CalAI:

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for account security
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Report suspicious activities immediately
• Anonymous usage is also available

3. Service Description

CalAI provides the following services:

• Food Analysis: Photo-based calorie and nutrition calculation
• Nutrition Tracking: Daily calorie and macro nutrient tracking
• AI Recommendations: Personalized nutrition advice
• Progress Tracking: Chart and report generation
• Water Tracking: Hydration level monitoring
• Health Integration: Apple Health synchronization

4. Usage Rules

When using the app, please observe the following:

• Should be used for personal purposes only
• Do not enter misleading information
• Do not share spam or harmful content
• Do not attempt to access others' accounts
• Do not attempt to manipulate the system
• Respect copyrights

5. Premium Subscription

For premium features:

• Monthly or yearly subscription options are available
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewal continues until cancelled
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Refund policy is subject to Apple's terms
• Prices may vary

Regarding app content:

• All app content is protected by copyright
