• AI Processing Services: Face data from parent photos is securely transmitted to fal.ai (our primary AI service provider) exclusively for baby generation processing. fal.ai processes the face data on secure servers and does not retain, store, or use the data for any other purposes.
• No Other Third Parties: Face data is never shared with advertising networks, social media platforms, marketing companies, or any other third parties.
• Service Providers: Technical infrastructure providers (cloud storage, app analytics) do not have access to face data or original photos.
• Legal Requirements: Face data may be disclosed only when required by law or court order

• Provider: fal.ai (Flux Pro/Kontext model)
• Location: Face data is processed on fal.ai's secure cloud infrastructure
• Purpose: Exclusively for AI baby generation - no other commercial use
• Retention: fal.ai automatically deletes face data immediately after processing (within minutes)
• Security: All transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

• Automatic deletion of uploaded photos within 24-48 hours after processing

7. Face Data Retention and Deletion

• Face Data from Original Photos: Automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after AI processing is complete. Face data is never stored long-term.
• AI Service Provider Retention: fal.ai deletes face data immediately after processing (within minutes) and does not retain any facial biometric information.
• Generated Baby Images: The AI-generated baby results are stored in your device's local storage until you manually delete them. These generated images do not contain extractable face data.
• Processing Logs: Any temporary processing logs containing face data are automatically purged within 48 hours.
• Account Data: Non-facial account data is retained while you use the app and for 1 year after last use
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law and payment processors (no face data included)

7.1 User-Initiated Deletion

You can request immediate deletion of any remaining data by:

• Deleting the app (removes all local stored data)
• We will confirm deletion within 48 hours

8. Children's Privacy
